Toptronic® · LLM Project Configurator

Configure every LLM project from one offline desktop app.

TLPC is the Windows companion to TPEE — a local, strictly-offline tool that creates, organizes and manages LLM project setups. Define a project once, keep its templates, model & IDE profiles and rules together, and reuse them across every session. No accounts, no cloud, no telemetry.

Windows 10 & 11 · Runs from a USB stick · Local JSON only

What it is

A home for every LLM project you run.

TLPC gathers everything a project needs — its defining file, reusable templates, model and IDE profiles, learning material and your own rules — into one local workspace you can open, edit and carry with you.

Project

Real project files

Create, open, save and manage .tlpc.json project files — one file per project, fully portable and human-readable.

Templates

Reusable templates

Save proven project setups as templates and re-import them into new projects, so every new job starts from a known-good baseline.

Resources

Model & IDE profiles

Keep the model profiles, IDE profiles and reference tables you rely on as local, offline data — always available, never fetched.

Learning

Built-in learning

A lesson browser to bring new team members up to speed on how to configure and maintain LLM projects the Toptronic® way.

Preferences

Preferences & themes

General settings and themes that persist to a local preferences file — your workspace, your way, across sessions and machines.

Rules Editor

Your rules, at hand

Open the project rules folder and edit them from inside the app, so the way your team configures projects stays consistent.

Sister to TPEE

TPEE writes the prompts. TLPC runs the projects.

TPEE, the Toptronic® Prompt Engineering Editor, shapes every prompt into the 12 proven sections LLMs need. TLPC is its sibling: it configures and manages the projects those prompts are used in. Together they cover the whole lifecycle — from designing a prompt to organizing the projects that use it — all offline.

  • Same proven software stack as TPEE (Rust + egui), hardened over 180+ builds.
  • Reuses TPEE's model and IDE profile data by copy-and-adapt — never modifies it.
  • One workflow: write in TPEE, configure and run in TLPC.

TPEE + TLPC

TPEE — the prompt editor: 12 sections, scored 0–100, exported to 20+ IDEs.
TLPC — the project configurator: projects, templates, resources, rules.

offline · local-first · zero network calls

Security & privacy

Strictly offline, by design.

TLPC follows the same firm policy as its sister product: it makes no outbound network calls at runtime and connects to no external service. Your projects never leave your machine.

No network at runtime

No HTTP clients, no async runtimes, no telemetry. The app does not phone home.

Local files only

All persistence is local JSON — tlpc_preferences.json and your project files.

No MCP servers

External MCP tooling is never wired in; it appears only as documentation.

TLPC is in active development.

We are building TLPC on the same proven foundation as TPEE and will release it for Windows 10 & 11. Tell us you'd like to be among the first to try it and we'll let you know the moment it's ready to download.
